Well do you expect the repairing of America to be free? Those Presidents had all the opportunity in the world to invest in American infrastructure and citizens, and chose not to. It's like someone who drives a car without ever doing maintenance on it, when it breaks it costs much much more than the maintenance would have in the first place.
Instead of innovating for the prosperity of the American citizen, they innovated solely for the elite wealthy to reap even more from the people's work.
